Kids Corner — Day 98

Moses finished his song, which told how strong and kind God is, like a rock that never moves. Then God took Moses up Mount Nebo and showed him the whole promised land. Moses could see the land, but he would not enter it, because his time on earth was ending. Then Jesus told His friends to stay ready, with their lamps burning, like servants watching for their master to come home. He said, "Be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect." Jesus also said He came to bring fire on the earth, and His work would even split some families apart. Jesus wants us watching and ready for Him, doing His work with glad hearts until He comes.
