Day 192 · July 11

A devotional for today

Today’s readings

David is recognized as king, and mighty men gather around him. God is establishing the kingdom He promised.

Paul reaches Rome and continues proclaiming God’s Kingdom and teaching about Jesus. Acts ends with the gospel still moving.

God is a refuge for the oppressed and remembers those who seek Him.

Integrity is worth more than wealth; foolish choices can distort our path.

Acts ends without ending the mission. The risen Jesus continues His work through ordinary believers who carry the gospel forward.

Am I a spectator to the mission or a participant?

What is one simple way our group can help someone hear about Jesus?

Lord Jesus, keep Your gospel moving through us. Give us courage to speak Your name. Amen.

Carry the story forward. Tell someone what Jesus has done.
