Old Testament
Old Testament God moves a pagan king to send His people home. Names, families, gifts, and worshipers return because God keeps His promise. New Testament The message of the cross looks foolish to the world, yet it is God’s power and wisdom. Faith rests on God, not impressive speech. Psalm Wait for the Lord with courage and seek His face. Proverb Leave vengeance to God; dishonest measures offend Him. Discover Jesus Jesus is God’s wisdom and power. Restoration does not finally come through a king’s decree but through the crucified and risen King. Reflect What does today’s reading show me about trusting Christ when I cannot control or fully understand what is happening? Fellowship Share one truth from today’s reading that strengthened or challenged you.
