The story in children’s words

God gave the tribe of Judah its share of the land, with many towns and cities, just as He had promised. The borders of their new home were marked out carefully, piece by piece. Then a rich ruler came to Jesus and asked, "Good Teacher, what must I do to live forever?" Jesus told him to sell all he had, give to the poor, and follow Him. But the man went away very sad, because his riches held his heart. Jesus said that what is impossible for people is possible with God. After that, a blind man near Jericho cried out, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!" Jesus stopped, healed him, and the man could see. He followed Jesus, praising God. Jesus can do the impossible, and He opens blind eyes so people can see Him.
