The story in children’s words
A wise king looked at everything people do under the sun. The sun rises and sets, the wind goes around, and the rivers run to the sea, again and again. He tried wisdom, laughter, houses, gardens, and riches, but he said it was all like chasing the wind. Wise people and fools both grow old and die. Then he said there is a time for everything, and God has made everything beautiful in its time. God has also put forever in our hearts. Paul said, "Now is the day of salvation," and he kept serving God through many hard times. The psalm says, "Be still, and know that I am God." Jesus is the Savior God sends, and in Him we can be still and safe with God.
