The story in children’s words

The Levite families each had careful work to do with God's tent. Some carried the holy things, but only after Aaron and his sons had covered them. Some carried the curtains, and some carried the boards and poles. God also taught the people to keep the camp clean and to make things right when they did wrong. A person who had sinned had to tell the truth and pay back what was taken, and a little more. In Jerusalem, Jesus answered men who did not believe God raises the dead. He said God is the God of the living, not of the dead. Then Jesus said the greatest rule of all is to love God with all your heart and to love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus loves God perfectly and teaches us to love Him too.
