The story in children’s words

A king named Jabin and his army captain Sisera had hurt God's people for twenty years, and the people cried out to God. God spoke through a wise woman named Deborah, who judged Israel under a palm tree. Deborah called Barak and told him that God would give Sisera into his hand. God sent a great storm, Sisera's chariots got stuck, and Israel won the battle. Then Deborah and Barak sang a happy song of praise to God. That night, in a garden, Jesus prayed, "Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me. Still, not my will, but yours, be done." Judas came with a crowd and betrayed Jesus with a kiss. One of Jesus' friends cut off a servant's ear with a sword, but Jesus touched the ear and healed it. Jesus obeyed His Father all the way, even when it hurt, because He loves us.
