The story in children’s words

Samson fought the Philistines again and again. He burned their grain fields, and when they tied him up, God's Spirit made him strong and he broke the ropes and struck a thousand men. Later he loved a woman named Delilah, and she kept asking where his strength came from. At last he told her the secret of his uncut hair. While he slept, his hair was cut off, his strength left him, and the Philistines put out his eyes. But his hair began to grow again, and he prayed, "Lord God, remember me, and strengthen me only this once." He pushed down the pillars of their temple, and God answered his prayer at the end. In Jesus' day, Jesus turned water into wine at a wedding, His first sign, and His disciples believed in Him. Then He drove the sellers out of God's house, and said He would raise the temple up in three days, speaking of His own body. Jesus is stronger than Samson, and He gives His strength to save us, not to harm others.
