The story in children’s words
Micah told of a ruler who would come from little Bethlehem, whose goings out are from long, long ago. He would shepherd His people in God's strength and be great to the ends of the earth. Micah also taught what God wants from us: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with God. And he praised God, who forgives sin and throws our sins into the deep sea. Then John saw God's servants marked with His seal, and a crowd too big to count, from every nation, standing before the throne in white robes. They had washed their robes white in the Lamb's blood. The Lamb will shepherd them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes. That shepherd from Bethlehem is Jesus.
