Kids Corner — Day 80

Two tribes, Reuben and Gad, saw good grass land for their many animals east of the Jordan River. They asked Moses if they could live there. Moses said they must not leave their brothers to fight alone. They promised to go with Israel and help until everyone had their land, and Moses agreed. Then Moses wrote down every stop of Israel's long journey out of Egypt. God had led them step by step for forty years. In Capernaum, Jesus taught with great power and sent an evil spirit out of a man. He healed Simon's mother-in-law, and then many sick people. By the lake, Jesus told Simon to put his nets into deep water. They caught so many fish that both boats began to sink! Simon and his friends left everything and followed Jesus. Jesus still calls people to follow Him today.
