The story in children’s words

The five sisters in Israel kept their father's land in their own tribe, just as God said. Then Moses began to tell the whole story again to the new generation. He reminded them how God had carried them like a father carries his son. He told how the people had been too afraid to enter the land, even though God went before them in cloud and fire. Because of that, the children, not the grown-ups, would receive the land. In the New Testament, Levi the tax collector held a big dinner for Jesus. Jesus said He came not for people who think they are good, but for sinners who need to turn back to God. Jesus also healed a man's withered hand on the Sabbath day. Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath, and He always does good.
