The story in children’s words

Moses said the Ten Commandments out loud again, so the new generation would know them. God said, "I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt. Have no other gods but Me." The people must rest on the Sabbath, honor their father and mother, and not steal or lie or want what belongs to others. Then Moses gave the greatest words of all: "Hear, Israel: the LORD is our God, the LORD is one. Love the LORD your God with all your heart." Parents must teach these words to their children at home and on the road, morning and night. In a town called Nain, Jesus met a sad widow whose only son had died. Jesus felt sorry for her and said, "Young man, get up!" The young man sat up alive, and Jesus gave him back to his mother. Jesus is the Lord who loves God perfectly and brings the dead to life.
